These terms govern your use of Motorbz at motorbz.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Motorbz is a marketplace that connects buyers with sellers, dealers, parts suppliers, workshops and technicians in Bahrain for vehicles, parts and related services. We provide the platform; transactions are between the users themselves.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts in Bahrain.
Listings & conduct
You may only list items and services you are entitled to offer, with honest descriptions and lawful content. Prohibited: fraud, misrepresentation, stolen goods, counterfeit parts, and anything illegal. Individuals may sell used parts only. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Bidding & deposits
Where auctions are offered, a bid is a commitment to buy at your bid price if you win. A refundable deposit may be required to bid; it is returned if you do not win and may be applied or forfeited per the auction rules if you win and fail to complete.
Payments
Unless stated otherwise, payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller (for example cash or Benefit on delivery). We may charge listing, subscription or service fees, shown before you commit.
Provider subscriptions
Dealers, parts suppliers, workshops and technicians access provider features through a paid subscription (monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly or yearly). Features stay available while the subscription is active.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not a party to user transactions and are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items or services, or for user conduct, to the extent allowed by law.
